Fermented rice water (Sake) is rich in enzymes, amino acids, malic acid, minerals, and vitamins to deeply soften, nourish, and give your skin a healthier glow. A concentration of white mulberry, shiitake mushroom, licorice and citrus balances skin tone, lessens the appearance of dark spots, and brightens. Our Fermented Rice Toner also includes hyaluronic acid, sodium PCA, and vegetable glycerin to promote skin hydration and plumping.
DIRECTIONS
After cleansing, pump half dollar sized amount into clean hands and pat onto face (including eyelids / around eyes) and neck. Or, pump onto cotton pad and gently sweep onto skin and neck.

Just started using it so can’t comment much about its effectiveness yet. However, I noticed that applying it on small newly popped up pimples would shrink it overnight. For that, I’m happy! Hope it will help to diminish my dark spots.
